The "Azhagiya Kadan Arakkattalai" is the trust run by famous "Makka Masjid" at Mount Road  - Chennai. The primary objective of the trust is to provide guidance and  ideal environment for the Muslim students to clear Civil Service Examination (CSE)

 

Over the last two years, the trust has conducted awareness campaigns in Muslim colleges across Tamil Nadu to get more young people interested in the IAS.

There is a selection process and those who qualify are given free food and accommodation as well.

Muslim Education Trust

Muslim Education Trust ( MET) is a voluntary educational NGO for Muslim students  in India. It was established in 1989 to work for the betterment of the minorities giving top priority to education in its objectives

The main objectivities of this trust are providing

• Scholarship for Higher Education
• Promotion of Science Talent Program
• Opening / Supporting schools for poor

MET is running a joint scholarship programme along with  Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia named  "IDB SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM"  in India from the year of 1983 with a view to promote professional education among Muslim community.
